We are a Ministry of Education accredited provider of services for the Early Notification initiative.
Below are some FAQ's on joining our service...

Q: How much does your service cost ?
A:
  • We offer a variety of school services. Our resellers will be happy to price each service for you. However, for early notifications we charge $20 per month, there are no contracts and no penalties. Text messages are $0.17c and early notification email messages are $0.05c.
  • As well as getting access to our early notification service you will also be able to download and install our Outlook integration tool, or indeed, any of our other messaging tools. Installing the Outlook integration tool will give you the ability to text directly from Outlook anywhere in the school and use your Outlook or Exchange contacts and distribution lists.

Q: What are the benefits of using your service ?
A: Just some of the benefits are...
  • For a neglible cost you can reduce unexplained absenteeism.
  • Your absentee officer's workload will be greatly reduced. Replies from texts and emails feed directly back into your School Management System, thus leaving you with a defined list of true unexplained absences.
  • Parents and guardians are kept in contact, up to date and informed.
  • By using our Outlook integration tool, you will save time and money on mobile calls. Replies come directly back to your email inbox.

Q: What is the login on this page for ?
A: Once you have been through the sign up process with one of our resellers, this page allows you to use your TxTStream account and password to customise your settings. These include :
  • The actual format of the email and text message you send out.
  • A prefix to the message to identify your school.
  • The email address that email and text replies are returned to.
  • Your MOEID number.
  • And others...
Q: Can I check my usage and balances ?
A: Of course. Simply access the accounts section from the TxTStream home page. Login using your TxTStream account and password and you will be able to look at your account balances, messages from this month and last month and even change your password.
