How does TXTstream work?

Introduction

TxTStream integrates seamlessly into your workflow, whether it be our Microsoft Outlook version, our stand-alone application or our developers tools.

Once you have signed up and installed our Outlook application, a new button to access TxTStream will appear on the Outlook toolbar. If you are using our stand-alone application, it will be available from the program menu.

Once you are ready to go, for either application, simply enter your account details by clicking on the account button and you are enabled to send text messages from your PC and receive replies as emails.

If the mobile number is out of range or switched off, you will be informed via email that the message could not be delivered.

Check out the screen shots and comments below and you can see just how easy it is to use.

Some versions of Outlook will display a security violation message when third-party software attempts to send a message via Outlook. To overcome this, please download and install ClickYesSetup.zip from www.txtstream.co.nz/download/ClickYesSetup.zip. This simple utility will automatically reply yes to only the specific outlook message concerned.

Standalone Version

If you run an email client other than Microsoft Outlook, you can still use TxTStream to send SMS messages. Simply download and install the stand-alone version...

Unless you have a specific reason to do so, do not change the mail server settings but do be sure to change your email name and email address along with the account and password.
